If you receive the wrong bed or something or if it is damaged or defective, including any breakage or defect, we will accept your request for a refund.

Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with the bed you ordered from our store, we are happy to exchange it for you. You can choose any other bed to exchange from our store that is of equal same value to the one you previously purchased. All you need to do is send us an image of the bed from our website doukra.com or provide us with the product page link. Please send the information to our email address, support@doukra.com.

Conditions of the refund, return, and exchange:

Please ensure that the item you are returning is in good condition and has not been damaged, broken, or defective, including the glass.

To initiate the return process, you will need to have your return request accepted by us. Once that is done, we will provide you with our warehouse return address where you can send the item back to us.
