What if I want to cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please inform us within the first 48 hours after completing your order, before we ship it. The same goes for order modifications or edits. We cannot cancel or edit it if we have already shipped it.
How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track your package on our ‘tracking page‘ by entering your order number and email or phone number or only tracking number to see your item’s location. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately so we can look into your problem.
What if my item hasn’t arrived or is lost?
